H-WooD Cross Clinic

Wow! That was a good time :)

It was fun getting back into the swing of things and Doug and Aric had a lot of good tips--Thanks!

The clinic was all I needed to remember how hard cross can be. I must be getting old, the bod is a little sore, and the lungs need to be worked on a little before my season starts.

But that's why I love cross.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Hudson cross race...

Hudson CX isn't until Oct. 29th this year. Are you going to Porkchop CX on Sept. 23rd?

You're not doing the Fat Tire 40 this year, are you?

Oops, I guess that's Sept. 29th for the Hudson CX....

I'm kind of bummed that the Como Park CX isn't on the schedule. That was a cool course.

I might be doing Jingle Cross Rock and Nationals in the collegiate division, if I find a bike...

We'll see how the season goes. My plans are to hit the Cross Nat's in KCMO. I'll have to put up some good results though to sell Christine on the idea. But if I race A's... forget about it.

Nat's eh...?

Well, nats registration has opened up I believe, and your start position is based on how early you register. Fields might actually fill up too. So, better make that decision soon ....

Registration for Nat's opens on the 15th at midnight.

Dan, your intel is pretty weak. Ha ha :)
